Although listed as a scramble, Bow Peak is mostly a very steep off-trail hike. If you enjoy easy scrambles with excellent views, this trip is sure to leave you satisfied.

Please Note: There will be a creek crossing on this hike. All participants must bring creek crossing footwear such as Crocs or sandals. This trip is best suited to strong hikers or scramblers as it is an advanced hike. Quite similar in difficulty to Opal Ridge.

We may stop for a bite/refreshments on the way back so please do not be in a rush to get back to town.

Take Highway #1 westbound to Lake Louise. From Lake Louise take Highway #93 north for about 34.3 km . We will park on a gravel pullout 0.9 km south of Crowfoot Glacier Viewpoint.
