Stoney Trail goes all the way to Barrier Lake Dam which is ~ 23 kms one way with about 150 meters of elevation. People can chose to do up to 46 kms return.
There are a lot of wide open sections so lots of water is important on a hot, sunny day
We will have lunch on the trail and we can go for a beer at Woody's roof top patio in Kananaskis at the end of the ride.

From Highway 1 turn on to Kananaskis highway 40, turn right at Kananaskis Village turnoff, turn left at next intersection and proceed to Ribbon Ceek Parking lot

This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle.
