Itinerary:
Training on the stairs near Calgary Curling Club. You can choose your torture:
- Climb the stairs with your weighted backpack
- Run the stairs and/or do the "pyramid"
- Whatever else you'd like to do to condition/torture yourself on the 11 flights (167 stairs)

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Memorial Dr & ~5th St NW
This is the parking lot EAST of the Curling Club (not the one belonging to the club).
Access from Edm Trail or 10 St - Club is located at the stairs across from Prince's Island Park, north side of Memorial.
Free parking after 6pm & weekends.
