We'll start and finish at Cobble Flats and ride the Forgetmenot Rounder including Wildhorse. We'll join two other COC biking groups will for a BBQ after the ride at Cobble Flats. Alvin has generously offered to have burgers for everyone. You will need to bring what you want to drink ( no alcohol please in the picnic grounds). Also, bring a snack to share with the group. If you don't like burgers, you need to bring something else to barbecue.

Food, water, tools, tube.

FRS radios on channel 10 if you have them. First aid kit. Camera.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $37.80 (calculated at total Km * $0.27, effective Friday, June 18, 2021). This is based on $0.15/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.

The ride is long at about 50 km but a lot of it is easier twin-track and single-track. Wildhorse is steep with a lot of washed-out roots. You must be prepared to ride a long trip. We should probably split into more than one group.
