Soba (buckwheat) and udon (wheat) noodles are made fresh daily on-site without preservatives or additives. These are very good & very healthy for you! There is also a glassed-in area to see where the noodles are made (but they are usually made early in the day).

*They also serve a variety of sushi & rice dishes.

**From 4pm-7pm, there are $3 Beer & Wine Happy Hour Specials which include some sushi!
