Come out and practice your techniques, improve on your braces, rolls and generally have a splashingly good time. The pool at the UofC Outdoor Center has Kayak Practice Nights for a $9 + tax fee. Meet at the poolside. We'll go for some hot food after.

River kayaks, PFDs, paddles & nylon spraydecks are provided.

No outside boats are permitted.

To reserve a spot, call the Outdoor Centre at 220-5038 between 8am and 8pm seven days a week. You need to self-book your spot.

All participants: We will meet and check in at the Equipment Room before entering the pool area. Lockers are also available for a fee. You will need to provide a photo ID at the client services desk when you check in.

Pre-requisite: You need to know how to paddle and do a Braced Entry & Wet Exit. You will asked this when you go to pay at the desk.
