We'll start with a brief warm up on one of the cardio machines and then spend most of our time on a Weight Training session strenthening our muscular system. After that do our cool down and then go soak in the Hot Tub and Steam Bath to unwind.....

Meet next to the Cafe at the South entrance.

If you don't have a membership, the drop in rate is $12.50. Pay at the centre
