Itinerary:
Meet at the carpool location in Calgary at 09:30, rendezvous at Castle Junction at about 11:00, ride to Lake Louise bakery and back. About 50 k total. The road is mostly quite flat but the shoulder is narrow so it's probably better riding it during the week than on a weekend day.

Required Items to Bring:
A road bike, helmet, snacks, water, tools, tube, pump, clothing for the day.
